Summary in Layman’s Terms

In this study, the researchers have used transgenic (the genes have been transferred to be human like) mice and have found that Riboceine (the brand name for Ribose-Cysteine) administered orally has increased glutathione levels and lowered bad cholesterol significantly that this product may be a promising direction for treating and/or preventing atherosclerosis.
